Teflon (set) tubing is a special pipe made through extrusion, sintering, high-temperature sintering, shaping and other processes of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE commonly known as Teflon, plastic king). For use with peristaltic dispenser.

1. High chemical stability: It can withstand all strong acids, including aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, organic acid, etc., strong alkali, strong oxidant, reducing agent and various organic solvents. It also has high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance,can bear thetemperature range from -80 to 260 degrees celsius.
2. Low friction coefficient: The friction coefficient is generally only 0.04. The unique self-lubricating property has the smallest friction coefficient among all plastics. It is an ideal oil-free lubricating material. It is a very excellent self-lubricating material and the friction coefficient does not change because ofthe temperature changes.
3. Excellent anti-adhesionfeature, the inner wall of the tube is not easy to adhere to colloids and chemicals.All Solid or liquid we know do not adhere to its surface.

5. Excellent electrical insulation properties: PTFE is a highly non-polar material with good dielectric properties, great electrical resistance, and a dielectric constant of about 2.0, which is the smallest among all electrical insulating materials.
